Follow the steps below to integrate Yay! Forms with Slack:
First, you should go to the Slack API link to create your app.
When you click on it (and log in, if necessary), you will see the screen in the image below. On it, just click From scratch.
Afterwards, you just need to enter any name for the app and choose which workspace you want to associate it with.
Next, you will be redirected to the screen below, where the next step is to enable the Webhooks feature. Click on Incoming Webhooks.
On this screen, simply click on the button indicated in the image👇.
After activating the Webhooks feature, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the Add a New Webhook to Workspace button, as indicated in the image.
You will be redirected to the page below, where you will need to select the Slack channel to which you want to send messages and click Allow.
In the example below, I will select a channel I created to display the names of new clients who have arrived at the company.
Now just click on the indicated area to copy the created URL.
After obtaining your Webhook URL you just need to place it in your form in this field:
